Set in one of Lagos’ most sought-after areas, this four-bedroom villa offers a calm and spacious stay on Portugal’s Algarve coast, just moments from the sea.
Designed around light and flow, the villa opens out onto a large south and west-facing terrace with uninterrupted views and direct access to a private heated pool. Full-height glazing throughout ensures the landscape remains part of the experience, whether inside or out.
Upstairs, the main living space brings together lounge, dining and kitchen areas in one open, relaxed setting. Sliding doors lead directly onto the terrace, creating an easy connection between indoor and outdoor living. A separate BBQ area sits just beyond the kitchen — ideal for long, unhurried evenings.
Each of the four bedrooms includes its own en-suite, offering both privacy and comfort. Three are positioned on the upper level, all with access to the terrace and views across the coastline, while a fourth king bedroom sits on the ground floor.
Beyond the main living areas, the villa includes a private cinema room — a quiet space to retreat to at the end of the day — along with a fully equipped utility room, double garage and additional parking.

Located in Lagos, on Portugal’s Algarve coast, the villa is set within a quiet residential area just moments from the sea.
A short walk leads to Porto de Mós beach, known for its wide sandy shoreline and relaxed beach cafés. Nearby, you’ll also find the Cascade Wellness Resort and spa, along with local restaurants and coastal walking routes.
The centre of Lagos — with its marina, old town, shops and restaurants — is easily reached by bus or a short taxi journey (approximately 5–10 minutes).
Additional beaches including Dona Ana and Praia do Camilo are also within easy reach.
Faro Airport is approximately a 1-hour drive from the villa, making it easily accessible for international travel.
