Ladies Only

A women-only hour to unwind, warm up and take the plunge — just you and your fellow guests.
Currently available Tuesday evenings, 6–7pm.

A men-only hour to reset, heat up and take the plunge — just you and your fellow guests.
Currently available Wednesday evenings, 6–7pm.
Social Session
Social Session — £35pp / 90 mins — Up to 8 people
A longer, more relaxed session designed for connection — good conversation, shared heat, and a cold plunge to finish. The perfect excuse to do something a little different with your evening.
Runs on the last Thursday of every month, 6–7.30pm.

The Retreat Package
£400 / 3 hours — Up to 8 people
Sole use of the sauna, ice baths, wood-fired hot tub and chill cabin for three hours. Includes a selection of soft drinks and snacks — guests are welcome to bring their own drinks too. The perfect way to properly switch off together.
