Communal Sessions

Join a shared session of the sauna and cold plunge with up to six guests in a relaxed, sociable atmosphere. Each session runs for one hour.
Sessions run two hourly across the week — availability varies by day. Check the booking calendar for times.
Communal Packages
Packages are available in blocks of 5 or 10 and are valid for 6 months.
5 Sessions = £99 (£19.80 per session)
10 Sessions = £189 (£18.90 per session)
Ladies Only
£22pp / 60 mins — Up to 8 people
A women-only hour to unwind, warm up and take the plunge — just you and your fellow guests.
Currently available Tuesday evenings, 6–7pm.
Mens Only
£22pp / 60 mins — Up to 8 people
A men-only hour to reset, heat up and take the plunge — just you and your fellow guests.
Currently available Wednesday evenings, 6–7pm.
Social Session
Social Session — £32pp / 90 mins — Up to 8 people
A longer, more relaxed session with a social twist – good conversation, plenty of laughs, shared sauna heat, refreshing cold plunges and time to kick back in the wood fired hot tub. Come with friends or come solo and meet new people. A fun, feel-good way to spend your Thursday evening!
Runs on the last Thursday of every month, 6–7.30pm.
Private Session - Sauna & Ice Only
£130 / 60 mins - Up to 8 people

The Retreat Package
£350 / 3 hours — Up to 8 people
Sole use of the sauna, ice baths, wood-fired hot tub and chill cabin for three hours. Includes a selection of soft drinks and snacks — guests are welcome to bring their own drinks too. The perfect way to properly switch off together.
